Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 8, 2026

Welcome to Polar Moose Lotto. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and Polar Moose Lotto ("Operator," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing lottery tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age and Residency

To register for an account and participate in games on Polar Moose Lotto, you must represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 19 years of age;
  2. You are a resident of Canada;
  3. You are physically located within a Canadian jurisdiction where online lottery participation is permitted at the time of purchase;
  4. You are not restricted from gambling by any self-exclusion program or legal prohibition.

1.2 Account Creation

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Polar Moose Lotto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password. You may not open more than one account per person.

2. Ticket Purchases and Gameplay

2.1 Official Tickets

Polar Moose Lotto acts as a licensed operator. When you purchase a ticket on our website, you are purchasing a valid entry into the specified draw. We record your entry in our central gaming system immediately upon confirmation of payment.

2.2 Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed and the ticket has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified, except in the event of a technical error verified by the Operator.

2.3 Cut-Off Times

Tickets must be purchased before the designated cut-off time for the specific draw. Purchases attempted after the cut-off time will be automatically entered into the next available draw.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Funding Your Account

You may deposit funds into your Player Account using approved payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Interac). All funds must be in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits to promote responsible gaming.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw unplayed funds and winnings from your account at any time, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.

4. Prizes and Claims

4.1 Prize Verification

All winning tickets are subject to validation by the Operator's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers on your screen and the official numbers recorded in the central gaming system, the central gaming system shall prevail.

4.2 Claiming Prizes

Prizes below a certain threshold (e.g., $1,000 CAD) will be automatically credited to your Player Account. Prizes exceeding this threshold ("Major Prizes") may require:

  • Submission of a formal Prize Claim Form;
  • Additional identity verification;
  • In-person attendance at a prize center (for Jackpot wins).

Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Responsible Gaming

We are dedicated to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help you manage your play:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a cap on how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily ban yourself from accessing your account for a set period (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years).
  • Session Timers: Track the amount of time you spend logged in.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact appropriate support resources immediately.
